Terms of Service (TOS) for Art Commissions.Last Updated: 11.10.2025.
Important to know
- By commissioning me you agree to these Terms of Service.
- I can refuse any commission request for any reason which I am not obliged to share.
- These terms can be changed at any time.Payment & Pricing
- All prices are in USD and MUST be paid via PayPal through invoices sent by artist.
- Prices may change in future. If a slot was already paid fully/partially the new price will not affect the current commission, however with new applications - the new price will be asked from the client.
- Clients pay only when work commences on the commission. Staying on the waitlist is free.
- Payment plans may be available for larger projects, this is discussed privately with the client and a decision is made after all discussions. Anything greater than $300 USD is considered a large project.
- Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, resale, streaming…) requires an additional fee. It can start from 50% to a larger amount depending on the requirements from the client.
- If the commission requires an NDA a privacy fee will be added.Process & Turnaround Time
- I start the commission after receiving full payment (or partial, if agreed before).
- Turnaround time varies based on complexity and queue but it should not take me longer than 6 months. If it did then you can ask for the full refund and it will be issued.
- The client must provide clear references and details for the commission.
- I will provide progress updates and accept minor revisions at stages (sketch and coloring).
- THERE IS NO PROPER AND CLEAN LINE ART, ONLY SKETCH. After the sketch I start to put base color and then render. Do not be afraid or shy to ask for minor changes during the rendering stage, I can take care of it for free.
- If a deadline is required, it MUST be discussed beforehand. Rush orders may require an extra fee. *ask for availability.
- Major revisions or changes after approval of each stage may incur additional fees.
- If I make a mistake please let me know and I will fix it free of charge.Copyright & Usage Rights
- I, as an artist, keep full rights to the artwork, including but not limited to the right to share it in portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless discussed otherwise with the client.
- The client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, social media banners) unless otherwise agreed upon.
- The client may not claim the artwork as their own.
- The client must credit my art.
- The client is not permitted to alter or edit the artwork without permission.
- Use of AI or NFTs related to my art is strictly prohibited.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If I have not started the commission, a full refund can be issued.
- If I have begun work, only a partial refund may be available based on progress made.
- No refunds will be issued after the artwork is completed. Make sure you like my artstyle before commissioning!
- If I need to cancel a commission due to different circumstances, the client will receive a full refund.
Communication & Conduct
- All communication regarding commissions should be applied via Twitter DMs. If I accepted the commission then future communication will be through the Discord DMs.
- Rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the commission without a refund and being put on the ban list.
Delivery & File Format
- Finished artwork will be delivered in requested format or PNG.
- High-resolution files will be provided via Google Drive or email.
I do not provide source files (e.g., PSD, CSP) unless agreed upon for an additional fee, since my layers are always chaotic.After Delivery
- I am not responsible for any printing issues, color discrepancies, or loss of files after final delivery and closed case commission. Make sure you check what I sent you.
- I am not responsible for keeping commission in my storage. After delivery, I keep the commission for only 2 weeks.
